Evenings (after 5pm) and weekends: add $15 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. One-hour reservations are available on weekdays before 5pm. Reservations that run past the reserved time are charged $30 for every additional 15 minutes. A DMediaClub representative remains onsite during every reservation.

Activities with vendors, sponsors, refreshments, ticket sales or production are curated brand experiences. A refundable $75 security & cleaning deposit applies.

Workshop or Class: Educational or professional instruction without vendors or event production.
Movement or Private Class: Instructor-led Pilates, yoga, dance, modeling or rehearsal without vendors, sponsors or event elements.
Curated Brand Experience: An experience involving vendors, sponsors, branded displays, refreshments, ticket sales, product demonstrations or additional production.
Activities that include vendors are reviewed and priced as Curated Brand Experiences, even when the primary activity is Pilates, yoga, movement or a workshop.

DMediaClub welcomes approved workshops, educational classes, business training, professional presentations, Pilates, yoga, dance, modeling, rehearsals, private instruction, wellness sessions, content creation shoots, and curated brand experiences.
No. DMediaClub is a creative space and does not accommodate birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, receptions, or social celebrations.
Capacity varies by configuration. The space can accommodate up to 30 chairs in a chairs-only classroom setup, approximately 18–20 attendees with tables, and approximately 15 participants for movement or mat-based activities. Vendor experiences and specialized setups have lower capacities. Final capacity is confirmed after reviewing the requested layout.
Vendors are permitted only as part of an approved Curated Brand Experience. Standard Workshop, Class and Movement reservations do not include vendors.
Yes. One-hour reservations are available on weekdays before 5pm for Workshops & Classes and Movement & Private Classes. Evening and weekend reservations require a two-hour minimum. Curated Brand Experiences require a two-hour minimum.
Yes. Reservations after 5pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends add $15 per hour, with a two-hour minimum.
A refundable $75 security and cleaning deposit is required only for Curated Brand Experiences. Standard workshop, class and movement reservations do not require a deposit.
Standard reservations include Wi-Fi, TV, up to 30 chairs, mirrored wall access, a classroom or open-floor configuration, and free parking.
Yes. A DMediaClub representative remains onsite during every reservation. Standard onsite supervision is included. Active coordination, guest check-in and vendor management may require an added fee.
No. Submitting the form is only an availability request. The activity and availability must be approved before the reservation is confirmed.
Your reservation is confirmed after the activity is approved, the agreement is completed, and full payment is received.
No. Personalized iced lattes from NØTCH COFFEE are an optional add-on. Availability, minimum quantities, customization options, and pricing are confirmed separately.
